Have you ever heard of nanotechnology before? This powerful and relatively new technology (although the word was coined in the 1980s) is still evolving, and holds the hopes of many doctors, tech geeks and energy companies. This technology allows for miniature machines or systems to be created at the molecular scale or level.

There are several purposes, as of now, for this technology, one of them being the vision of improving people’s health or saving their lives.
